A little about me

I’m Eddie Pate
Speaker / I&D Consultant / I&D Executive Coach

I have spent 20 years doing Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) work and fully immersing myself in identifying and addressing issues surrounding inclusion, diversity, equity, cultural competence, and driving systemic change. My 20-year career journey took me through several Northwest companies, Microsoft, Starbucks, Avanade, and Amazon. I was extremely fortunate to have gained experience as an I&D Executive working globally, across tech and retail, and in fast-paced, matrixed environments. I cannot image focusing on anything but doing work that was sincerely meaningful, globally impactful, and, personally important to the people I worked with every day.

Eddie Pate Speaking and Consulting focuses on illuminating Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Cultural Competence issues and sustainable solutions.  Our mission is to provide thought leadership in I&D, pushing organizations to be intentional in their approach and focused on addressing issues from a systems framework.  Keynote presentations, roundtable and panel facilitation, I&D and Leadership consulting, Inclusive Leadership/hiring training, and Executive guidance will be the primary methods to accomplish our mission.
