This course and the subsequent courses in this series will be based on this experience, the realities he’s faced in this work, and his own personal learnings from people who worked for him or who mentored him.  One lesson Eddie learned is how important it is to ‘own’ the topic of ID&E IF you want to have a meaningful impact on the people around you and the companies you own or work for. He also learned that having a foundation of understanding is not only key, but a strategic imperative! 

Owning ID&E starts with understanding the core knowledge and principles that drive this work.  This shared understanding content is the powerful foundation anyone needs to begin authentically building the knowledge you need to start or grow a career, to embrace leading inclusively, and/or simply to be a better human and global citizen.
